Shipping TOP
FitnessProDirect.com uses UPS as its main carrier. We use UPS because of the ability to track packages. All items are shipped the following business day via UPS Ground Mail. UPS Next Day and Second Day Air is available at an additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges TOP

Clothing and Shoes: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must not be worn or laundered. Original tags must remain on the merchandise for full refund. Shipping fees for returned and exchanged items will be at the cost of the customer. A full refund will be made immediately if these conditions have been met. Please include a copy of your invoice or order number with each return or exchange. Please notify our returns department at returns@fitnessprodirect.com.

Supplements and Tanning Products: All supplements must be returned unused with its original seal within 14 days of receipt. Items that have been opened will not be issued a refund and will not be accepted by FitnessProDirect.com.

Jewelry: Items can be returned at any time. All items must have the original tags attached and must not be worn.

Exchanged items must meet the criteria for return items (not worn or laundered, original tags, etc). Customers are responsible for all shipping fees of items being exchanged.

If you have any questions regarding the location of your order, please email the internet sales department at sales@FitnessProDirect.com. Please include your name, order #, and date your order was purchased in your email. FitnessProDirect.com will send an email with tracking information utilizing USPS Delivery Confirmation ?. You can track your order at www.ups.com Select the Track & Confirm link.
