Shipping TOP

FitnessProDirect.com uses UPS as its main carrier. We use UPS because of the ability to track packages.  All items are shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS Ground Mail.  UPS Next Day and Second Day Air is available at an additional cost.
 
 
FitnessProDirect.com is not responsible for packages that are delivered but are missing or stolen.  FPD will file a claim, but will not ship another order.  If this is a concern, please request signature at delivery.

Returns & Exchanges TOP

Clothing and Shoes:  Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.  All returned items must not be worn or laundered.  Original tags must remain on the merchandise for full refund.  Shipping fees for returned and exchanged items will be at the cost of the customer.  A full refund will be made immediately if these conditions have been met.  Please include a copy of your invoice or order number with each return or exchange. Please notify our returns department at info@fitnessprodirect.com.

Supplements and Tanning Products: All supplements must be returned unused with its original seal within 14 days of receipt.  Items that have been opened will not be issued a refund and will not be accepted by FitnessProDirect.com.

Jewelry: Items can be returned at any time.  All items must have the original tags attached and must not be worn.
 
Saleyla Designs: There are NO refunds on custom made suits.

Exchanged items must meet the criteria for return items (not worn or laundered, original tags, etc). Customers are responsible for all shipping fees of items being exchanged.
 
Brokerage Fees and Taxes: FPD will not be responsible for any additional fees incurred during shipment.

Tracking your order TOP

If you have any questions regarding the location of your order, please email the internet sales department at info@FitnessProDirect.com. Please include your name, order #, and date your order was purchased in your email. FitnessProDirect.com will send an email with tracking information utilizing UPS.  You can track your order at www.ups.com  Select the Track & Confirm link.

Foreign Orders TOP
FitnessProDirect.com does not ship globally at this time.  Please check back periodically.

FitnessProDirect.com makes full use of a secure socket server (SSL) so our customers can be sure that sensitive information is being sent with encryption to a secure server. This ensures your information remains private and protected. We will not sell, rent or loan identifiable personal information to any third party.

Emails will be answered within 48 hours of receipt.  FitnessProDirect.com is closed Friday-Sunday.  Any emails received during this time will be answered on Monday.
